Salary structures act as blueprints. Once created, you can assign them to employees via their Payroll Profile tab in the employee detail page. Individual component amounts can be customized per employee during assignment.

Contextual Compliance Notes
The system is optimized for UAE Labour Law. Statutory contributions like GPSSA (for Emiratis) or specific WPS-compliant deductions should be modeled using these components. Income tax is currently unsupported as it's not applicable in the UAE region.
